• Return policy below only apply to orders shipped in Norway and Sweden.
• Returns, exchanges, claims or refund requests for products purchased and shipped outside Norway and Sweden please contact us.

Goods may be returned within 15 days of receipt. Goods must be in perfect condition, unused and in original packaging including all hangtags and labels. Products that have been washed, modified, damaged, or used (hereunder smell of e.g. perfume or cigarettes) will not be accepted.
Package the unused product well before returning it. You are responsible for the product until it is received by Monel.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is purchased from www.monel.no. For products purchased elsewhere, please direct your return request to the designated retailer.

Return from Norway and Sweden is free of charge when making an exchange to a similar product (e.g. color and size). If you wish to return for other reasons within 15 days, buyer will be responsible for cost of return.

If you wish to make a return from another country in Europe you will be charged a return fee of up to € 50 (as of October 2023.)

How to return & exchange

Go here. You will receive an e-mail confirming your requested return. If the return is approved, we will upload a return label you may use to send the product to us. In cases where return is not approved you will be contacted by e-mail.

Refunds

We will refund the invoiced amount except freight cost that was added when placing the order.

Freight cost for return if not making an exchange to a similar product will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Refund will be made when the product is received and checked by us. Refund will be made through the same payment method you chose when purchasing the order. It may take up to 14 days before you see the amount visible in your account, depending on what payment method used.

Claims

There is a 5 year warranty from date of receipt. Warranty rights only applies when product is used as intended, if product is not used as intended (hereunder dry clean and wash not as instructed) warranty will not be approved. Please note that the 5 year warranty only applies on existing defects on the product upon receipt.

Complaints should be submitted within a reasonable time. In case of manufacturing defects or damaged product upon receipt Monel should be notified immediately, before product is used.
